This dryer since we have had it, doesn't heat up. Clothes take all day to dry, it is only 2 years old. Very disappointed

Not reliable, wan't worth the money. I have this dryer September 14, 2019 two days ago stopped working there is no power in the top panel there is no light inside the dryer and it's look like The issue with the board. For the technician to come over and check it they will charge me $100 and then on top of that I have to pay for parts and labor I think it will end up for me to buy a new one but of course it won't be the same brand.

Totally unacceptable that GE will not back its product. This dryer has a track record of failing. The electronic board is not working. The Thermal Fuse, door lock and Thermostat are all testing positive for continuity. Which leave the electronics as the issue. I have an extended warranty and have been told that I have to wait 20 days for a GE repair person to fix it. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE.

I have to lint roll most of the clothes that come out of this dryer. I've had it checked and a problem couldn't be found to fix the issue. Also, there is a sharpy piece of metal under the lint filter that grabs fabric and is making holes in our clothes. It was priced low so believe that you get what you pay for.

it stopped powering less than two years after I bought it and it's costing me $500 to fix. The board went bad and the repair man said they have been having a problem with these boards. Now I hope the new board lasts longer that the old one.

First off, we LOVE having a dryer with a light inside! Makes it easier to make sure you aren't leaving anything behind. And I've NEVER seen a dryer dry laundry as FAST as this one and almost all my clothes come out with virtually no wrinkles and extremely SOFT! This dryer is amazing and I'm confident it will last for years.

Switch door to left handed, easy to switch over. Just watch out for those tiny plastic plugs. Hard to get out. Overall I am so satisfied with the drying system.

Love this set. My washer and dryer have never been inside the house. I live in a 110 year old farm house and the wash house is an out building brick silo. This is the first time laundry had been in doors. It is on the first floor and a very pretty set to be seen.

Had it delivered brand new and the next day it smelled like gas and was not heating up ... a week later find out the motherboard went bad ... have replacement now crossing fingers that this one works fine.

I am very happy I had a newer model with wifi and all and it did not work properly so I took it back and got a lower model and it works great.
Sometimes you just need the basics and not all the whistle and bells..

Not only do I love where the lint filter is, my children also love the light that can be displayed while running so they can watch it spin. The conversion to LP was easy access, and I love the options of dry times.
