Pecan Tarts

Preheat oven to 350


2 cups flour

2 sticks softened butter

6 oz. softened cream cheese

Mix ingredients with spoon or hands to form dough. Form into balls and press in miniature muffin pans.


2 eggs

1 cup chopped pecans

1 cup light brown sugar

2 Tbsp. melted butter

1 tsp. vanilla

Mix ingredients in a bowl and fill prepared muffin pans with one tsp. filling

Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until brown.

Makes 48 tarts.
