Read blogger reviews of numerous D/W, selected the top 5 for value [balance between price & amenities], read MANY consumer reviews re: those 5 to select the most likely candidate. On the upside, it gets the dishes clean. Downside: the racks are far more flimsy that my previous D/W, worse than that because I like to maximize the load before washing, is they racks are somehow a bit smaller and configured poorly, so loading is awkward and time consuming for an efficiency nut. Purchased the metal interior instead of plastic because reviews seemed as if the plastic D/W might not get dishes dry. Haven't figured out why yet, but this one sometimes leaves water in the rims of upside down coffee cups & when I open the door 30+ minutes after finishing [even after a 3 hr. Sani-rinse] there is high humidity. Given this experience I cannot recommend this machine except it was $200 less than the other one I was considering and they appeared similar in amenities. IF the other had more sturdy & sizable racks [which I would have checked out had I realized], it might have been worth the extra $200. Can't tell for sure from reviews if it would have dried better for additional $200.

Glad I purchased a whirlpool. A little condensation after running appliance. Cleans great.
