Good Microwave

So far I am fairly happy with this Microwave, but not thrilled. The door is slightly crooked, which drives my husband crazy, and the repair man said that couldn't be fixed. Also, once in awhile, the turntable doesn't turn. The repair people said I had to wait for it to quit before they could fix it. Otherwise it is fine, even good, but I am a little concerned about the long-term quality.

Moisture in door

Moisture collects between the blasts on door. I have read the information provided with microwave and this problem is never mentioned. It takes about 6 hours for the moisture to dissipate. I was told this is not defect. My old Jenn Air I used for 15 years did not do this. Jenn Air calls this progress.

Having the convection with the microwave helped save a dinner party. By mistake I turned off the main oven when I thought I was only turning off the timer. Used the convection to finish the meat. Success. I like the micro/convection. Wish the start button felt more modern but function is very good. We got the kit to go around it to give it a more built in feeling. Like that.
