Not well thought about by engineers

Be careful trying to install this underneath a industry standard height island countertop - it requires a big opening and offers more adjustment up than down. Also there is no lock on the door.

Too noisy and racks are too shallow

The problem is that the drawers don't hold a full six bottles as it appears they should when you see it. The shelf rods are straight, not bent. We had a SubZero in our previous house. The KA is OK and works fine for the wine you get in it. But it's hard to load and doesn't hold as much wine for the space. On the plus side it was about ⅔ the price of the SZ. Which is why we did it.
