Not a fan of the 3rd rack. Can't put glasses that are taller than a coffee cup in the second rack, it won't close.

Love the black stainless steel and its super quiet ....the only thing I'm not happy about is dishes are a little wet after it's done.....even when using the extended drying option....I usually let them air dry a bit before putting them away but concerning since the dishwasher was almost $700 I've never had a cheap dishwasher that didn't completely dry the dishes

Very Impressed!

Purchased this unit to replace the contractor grade DW that came with our brand new house about a month ago. We run about 3-4 loads of dishes per week so it's had a good test since being installed. Looked at Kitchen Aid, Bosch, and even Jenn-Air DWs before choosing this one. Overall, we are very pleased with this model. Unless you're looking for features such as satin glide racks, built-in water softener, or lighted interior; skip the higher end brands and go with this one! You'll save hundreds of dollars and still get a great performing dishwasher. First off, it is SUPER quiet. Unless you put your ear down near it when it's running, you cannot tell whether the dishwasher is running or not other than the little blue light that shows it's on. Second, the unit has a very nice, high-end look inside and out. The stainless steel is smudge resistant so doesn't show hand prints and looks very upscale. Inside, the tub is also stainless steel and the racks are a dark grey. Much better looking than the plain white plastic interior of the unit it replaced. Most importantly, however, this dishwasher does an excellent job cleaning dishes. We don't pre-wash dishes before loading them; we simply scrape food scraps off into the garbage disposal and load the DW. Running the "heavy" cycle everything comes out clean. The only downside I can say is the cycle times are long. 4+ hours for the heavy cycle and well over 2 hours for the lesser cycles, however, this seems to be the case with all newer DWs. And since it's so quiet it's no issue that it runs for hours. This model also has an extended dry cycle to allow for longer drying time. There is also a one hour wash cycle which works well if you pre-wash your dishes. Lastly, the 3rd level rack at the top is great for lids and other little things that otherwise move around if placed on a regular rack. Middle rack is also adjustable to accommodate taller stemware on top or larger plates on bottom.
