The Most Knowledgeable Appliance Professionals in Orlando

In 1966 my folks settled in Orlando because of the Navy base (these were pre Disney years). Up until then we moved every two years and nowhere was home. Except for vacations, I've never left Orlando- but I've had some great vacations. My Florida cracker wife, Cheryl, and I have 5 grown children and 3 grandchildren. With a love for sports, I graduated FTU (now UCF) with a degree in Phys. Ed., then a Masters in Exercise Physiology while I continued to teach and coach in Orange County. In 1980 I took the plunge into private enterprise and the next 30 years have been quite the adventure. I'm very pleased to be a part of a team focused on being the best in our industry.

Andy began his career in appliances with Aggressive Appliances over 20 years ago as a member of the delivery team. Soon Andy’s true potential was realized, and he moved into sales. His strong work ethic and visionary mindset have made Andy one of the industry’s finest in multi-unit project sales. And his dedication to customer service is made evident with every opportunity he has to work one-on-one with customers as they build appliance packages for their custom homes or remodels.

Corinne Latta's main job is assistant to our owner, Jerry Jaskot.  She also handles many other areas of the business including installation scheduling and billing, marketing/advertising events and promotions, and assisting wtih various projects.

Doug grew up in the Rock Springs area of Apopka and currently lives in Ocoee. He graduated from UCF with a marketing degree and spent several years in telecommunications and the boating industry before joining Viking Range Corp in 2001 as the Territory Manager for Central and North Florida. Doug then moved on to assist in growing a company specialized in high-end appliances and cabinetry. Since coming to Aggressive Appliances in early 2006, his technical appliance knowledge has been an advantage to our clients as they make appliance decisions that will affect their changing lifestyles.

Eric has been a part of the Aggressive Team since September 2006.  He joined us as a part of the Administrative Staff assisting our Financial Controller.  After a few months of working in the back office, Eric moved to the Sales Staff as an assistant and is now one of our full time salesmen as well as our Showroom Manager.  He takes great care of his customers with his attention to detail and organizational skills.  He continues to improve his product education by attending seminars and trainings given by our manufacturers in order to help his customers find the right products for their home and needs.
 

Scott Bellows was born and raised in Winter Park, graduating winter park high in 1981.  He was a third generation in a family TV & appliances business that closed the doors after 40 years! Scott has 29 years experience between retail and the builder side of the business which has now led him to Aggressive Appliances.

A veteran of the appliance business for 27 years, and with Aggressive for the past 15 years, Mike is working with some of Central Florida’s top custom builders and designers.  As a 2nd generation native Floridian, Mike is very familiar withal that’s been going on in our Central Florida market for the past 30 years.  To stay current with the changing appliance technology, Mike continues his product education by attending seminars with all of our appliance lines.  This continued education has been an asset as he helps his clients find just the right appliances that reflect the latest trends and technology to make their home unique.

Dean joined the Aggressive Appliances team in 1985 working in the warehouse. Since then he has worked in every aspect of the Aggressive business —from purchasing to inventory control, and from delivery to installation… enjoying sales the most. His many years of experience benefit both his custom homebuilders clients and individual homeowners looking to remodel.

Jim Wujastyk joined the Aggressive staff in June 2008, but he's been in the appliance industry for over 36 years.  He spent approximately eighteen years in the retail end with the Sears Roebuck & Company.  He started in Winter Haven and after ten years there, was chosen to go to the Sears at the Florida Mall as part of the opening team.  After eight years at that location, Sears had a restructure and Jim found himself looking for new opportunties.  Fortunately at the same time, Ed Milcarsky had an opening at his store in Longwood and took Jim under his wing.  Jim spent the last sixteen years at Milcarsky's Appliance Center when the opportunity opened to join Aggressive. 

Victoria is one of the newest employees on the sales team, joining August 2011. 

Jeff Jaskot is our Service Department manager and the second son of Aggressive’s owners, Jerry & Cheryl Jaskot.  He is no stranger to the Aggressive Staff as he has grown up working the business with his dad.  He has worked in every aspect from sweeping the floors, annual inventory checks, delivering appliances and has an understanding of the Aggressive philosophy that our clients are the center of our business.  Jeff’s understanding of our goal to service our clients after the sale and to perform swiftly when issues arise has allowed him to quickly develop good relationships with our vendors, the vendors’ service representatives, and our clients.  His word is his guarantee and he has a no-nonsense, “get-it-done” approach to handling issues promptly.

Audrey Roe joined our service department in May 2008.  Her position is Warranty Specialist.  She specializes in filing warranty claims and acting as a consumer advocate regarding the different manufacturers in our service spectrum.

Erika joined the Aggressive team in 2010 as a customer service representative.  She is one of two daughters of Jerry and Cheryl Jaskot.  Erika oversees the parts ordering and organization in our service department as well as answering phone calls to help and schedule service customers.

Kevin Kiture is one of our service professionals.

Gilbert Buz is a service technician who has been with Aggressive Appliances since .  Buz is skilled in all our major appliance lines and continually upgrades his service education with training classes offered by our vendor distributors.  But his involvement in the appliance service industry began long before he arrived at Aggressive's door.  Influenced by his father, Gil Buz, who is the Florida Representative with Marcone's Parts, Buz began working with Field's Appliance Service at the age of 15 and has continued in the service industry since that time.  Ironically, over the years when Aggressive needed service work done on our display appliances, it was Buz who came to fix them many times. 

Jose Marquez is one our service technicians.  Jose joined the service staff in fall of 2007 and hit the ground running evaluating and servicing appliance issues.  He brings to our service department ten years experience and knowledge to this growing segment of our company.  He attended and graduated from Mid-Florida Technical College with a Service Technicians degree.

Randy Lee joined Aggressive Appliances in March 2007 as delivery manager.  Each morning he is here at 6 AM opening the store, making the delivery schedule and getting the crew out on the road.  He fills in the gaps during busy days with runs to the jobsites to check on building progress, deliveries small items and maintains our trucks.  He then helps wherever needed with our delivery and inventory issues. 

James Oliver is our Warehouse Manager.  He keeps track of all inventory brought in and leaving our warehouse. 

Willie is very familiar with appliances and delivery.  He began his career with A1A Appliances on the east side of town delivering and installing after he got out of high school. From there he worked with Aggressive and then moved to the Atlanta, Georgia area where he worked with Crown, Cork and Seal.  He attended Truck Driving School and drove tractor trailers for approximately five years before coming back to Orlando to drive for H.B. Walker Trucking, ultimately ending back at Aggressive Appliances.

George Franceschi joined Aggressive as a part of the distribution team in July 2008 as a part time will call and delivery driver but is more full-time than not these days.  George is assisting with Maintenance Care Service to our customers, much of which involves cleaning outdoor grills and refrigerator coils as well as maintenance on other appliances according to manufacturer's instructions to keep products in good working conditions.

Lloyd Clifton is part of our certified installation team.

Keith Sweet is part of our certified installation team.

Vicki West joined Aggressive Appliances in 2000 as our controller.  She manages accounting, HR, and IT.

Judy Bollinger joined Aggressive in 2003 as the Operations/Purchasing Manager.  In addition to being responsible for all product that comes arrives and departs from Aggressive, Judy also coordinates many events held in the Aggressive showroom.
